I promised at the beginning of the year I was going to do a post every week. This week has been a bit of a challenge, I’ve been on the road since early Tuesday morning. I am currently (9pm) on my way home from the brilliant Women in Estate Agency event. If you have never been, I would honestly recommend it.

Flexible fee training has become one of my most frequent requests for support. It gives an immediate commercial upside and it’s quick to implement, with or without Greenhouse OS.
The only reason that flexible fees won’t work is the mindset of the valuer, so my training day covers two distinct halves.
