I believe that everyone can be better tomorrow than we are today. I try to surround myself with people who share that belief.

I am married with 6 children, so I have a busy home life.

I love climbing and Alpinism, highlights include climbing the Matterhorn and the Dent De Geant, and Aiguille Rochefort.

I developed a love of triathlon, I’m currently injured but have competed at two age-group world championships for GB in 2018 and 2019.
