My 5 Step Self Employment Program

Step 1 – 1 Hour Free Consultation
To establish a baseline about your agency, what you want to achieve and whether or not we think this interpretation of Self Employed Agency is for you.

Step 2 – Create the Business Plan
Prior to the day you prepare with a factfind to help me understand your business. This is a full day on site either with me in Leeds or at your premises.
We will define your objectives and leave the day with a V1 of your business case for high skill, high tech including self-employment where relevant

Step 3 – Templates and documents
I will provide you with agency agreements, an agreement for you and your associates, documents to help explain the changes to your staff and prospective associates and checklists for getting your associates set up with their company.

Step 4 – Planning the Transition (optional)
Planning how to transition from your current structure to a new structure can be complicated and unique to your circumstances. We will plan how to do this.

Step 5 – Assisting you with the transition (optional)
This can be customised to your needs, but could include presenting the changes to your team, giving examples of how our team have thrived in the new structure.

Why are you coaching other agents?
I am lucky enough to have each of my businesses run by a CEO so I have developed a passion for spending my time speeding up innovation in the industry. This allows me to do that.
Why do you think self-employed is a good strategy?
I believe it deals with a lot of the structural problems. The average associate at Preston Baker earns £60,000 with an objective of £85,000. This is being exceeded by a significant percentage of associates.
What CRM do you use?
Moving to a self-employed model is a major operational change. We developed our own CRM based on Salesforce for Preston Baker. This is now available as a stand alone product called Greenhouse OS
How much does it cost?
The first meeting is free, each of the stages or deliverable has a fixed price.
